Introduction

Welcome to Dewabet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", or "Dewabet"). Dewabet is an online casino and sports betting platform operated exclusively for the Malaysian market. The Platform provides access to a range of gaming services including, but not limited to, sports betting, live casino, online slot games, lottery products, and arcade-style games.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Dewabet. By accessing or using any part of the Dewabet platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Dewabet platform and, if you have registered an account, request that your account be closed by contacting our customer support team.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account created upon successful registration on the Dewabet platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, including real money deposits and any awarded bonus credits, subject to applicable restrictions.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded to a User under a promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real funds into a User's Account via a supported payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by Dewabet before certain account actions, including first-time withdrawals above specified thresholds, may be completed.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary operating currency of the Dewabet platform for Malaysian players.
• "Platform" means the Dewabet website, any associated mobile-optimised web interface, and all related services accessible via the domain dewabet.buzz.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager — calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount, deposit amount, or both — before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's Account to an external payment method registered in that User's name.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a Dewabet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Dewabet operates a strict minimum age policy. Users who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and all balances returned minus any winnings generated during the period of underage use.
2. You are a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, automated systems, and artificial intelligence agents are not permitted to register accounts or place wagers.
3. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the Dewabet platform or any associated responsible gambling programme.
4. You are not a current employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or director of Dewabet.
5. You have not previously had a Dewabet account suspended or permanently closed as a result of a Terms violation.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and are not placing wagers on behalf of a third party.
7. You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your location.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the Dewabet platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by a single individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful, current, and not submitted on behalf of any other person.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Dewabet strongly recommends the use of a unique password not shared with any other online service. You must notify Dewabet customer support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised party.

Dewabet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account found to have been registered in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice to the User.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Dewabet operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process to verify the identity and age of players, prevent fraud and money laundering, and comply with applicable regulatory standards. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including before the processing of any withdrawal request.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• A valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or Passport;
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence) issued to the name and address provided at registration;
• Where payment methods include e-wallets, confirmation of ownership of the relevant Touch 'n Go, Boost, or GrabPay account may be required.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time following a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed. Dewabet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and close accounts where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Dewabet supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing payment account belongs to a person other than the registered Dewabet account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same account, except in cases where Dewabet's compliance team grants an exception following satisfactory KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically within 15–30 minutes of approval.
• Bank Transfer (FPX / DuitNow / Maybank / CIMB / Public Bank / Hong Leong Bank): Typically 5–15 minutes following approval during bank operating hours.
• Cryptocurrency: Within 1–3 network confirmations following approval, typically 15–60 minutes.

Dewabet does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, network fees applicable to cryptocurrency transactions are borne by the User and deducted from the transferred amount by the relevant blockchain network, not by Dewabet.

Bonuses & Promotions

Dewabet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, cashback offers, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all Dewabet bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of funds derived from bonus activity is permitted. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from the Account upon the expiry date.
• Certain game types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower percentage. The contribution schedule will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Dewabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotional activity already undertaken by an eligible player in good faith will be honoured.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse a promotional offer — including through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or artificial wagering patterns — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Dewabet platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category (sportsbook, live casino, slots, lottery, arcade). Users are encouraged to review the rules for each game or market type before placing wagers.

The following general betting rules apply across all Dewabet products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Dewabet does not accept requests to void, amend, or cancel wagers after confirmation, except in circumstances where an obvious pricing error or technical fault is determined by Dewabet's trading team.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, Dewabet reserves the right to correct the error. Winnings derived from a known system error may be voided and the correct payout amount applied.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds accepted at the time of bet placement are the odds that will govern the outcome, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Dewabet reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts for specific events, markets, or individual users at our sole discretion, particularly where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified.
• For live in-play betting on events such as EPL matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, and UFC bouts, bets placed after the relevant outcome has occurred (but where the result has not yet been reflected in the interface due to a feed delay) will be voided.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Dewabet platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that is not consistent with genuine human player behaviour;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to exploit the Platform's odds or guarantee profit irrespective of outcome;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to misrepresent your geographical location or circumvent account restrictions;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Dewabet Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Using the Platform's chat or communication features to harass, abuse, threaten, or transmit unsolicited commercial messages to other users or Dewabet staff.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Dewabet platform — including but not limited to the Dewabet brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, game content, audio, and visual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of Dewabet or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Dewabet platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of Dewabet.

Any unauthorised use of Dewabet's intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Dewabet.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dewabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Dewabet platform.

Dewabet makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances outside Dewabet's control (including network outages and force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

Dewabet's aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Dewabet's liability for death or personal injury caused by Dewabet's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other form of liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Responsible Gambling

Dewabet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognise that gambling, when it ceases to be a form of entertainment and becomes a compulsive behaviour, can cause serious harm to individuals and their families.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible at any time from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the duration and value of your current session;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from all Dewabet services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Self-excluded players will not be targeted with marketing communications.

Amendments to These Terms

Dewabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, Dewabet will provide reasonable notice to registered Users by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to the address associated with the User's Account.

Your continued use of the Dewabet platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible via the Terms & Conditions page on the Dewabet website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was made. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Dewabet operates its services for the Malaysian market, and these Terms are drafted with Malaysian players in mind.

In the event of a dispute between a User and Dewabet, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through Dewabet's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support with a clear and detailed description of the complaint. Dewabet will acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to escalate the matter through mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Dewabet's decision on all matters relating to the application of these Terms shall, except in cases of manifest error or bad faith, be final and binding.
